Fu Kuan Fu Kuan () (d. 190 BC) Marquis of Yangling; now Gaoling, Shaanxi.〔 Hung Hing Ming, The Road to the Throne: How Liu Bang Founded China's Han Dynasty, p.181. 〕 Fu Kuan was an early follower of Liu Bang, beginning in Hengyang. Fu became a general while accompanying Liu in the conquest of Guanzhong in 206 B.C.
